The studio in the neighbourhood
Elsa-Neumann-Straße lies in the middle of Haselhorst, within sight of the housing estates around Rohrdamm and the Gartenfeld neighbourhood. People who live here come on foot or by bike, and for many that is exactly why they come regularly: an appointment that doesn't need half an hour's travel is easier to fit into the week.
Haselhorst is a residential area, not a through-route. The Reichsforschungssiedlung housing estate from the 1930s still shapes the area today, with green spaces and the old Berlin-Spandau Ship Canal in between. Quiet, established, without passing trade – a good fit for a studio with one-to-one appointments.
Why one-to-one appointments make sense here
At Voigt Beauty Studio one beautician treats you, and during your appointment you are the only client. That isn't a compromise due to lack of space but intentional. A sixty-minute radiofrequency treatment needs calm, and the information beforehand needs time without anyone waiting in the next room.
For you that means: no waiting, no change of practitioner between appointments, and at the end a conversation about care at home instead of a leaflet at the till.
The way for Haselhorst residents
On foot from the area around Rohrdamm and Gartenfelder Straße: a few minutes. By U7 one stop to Haselhorst, then about one kilometre. By bike it's a short ride from almost anywhere in Haselhorst, and you can leave your bike outside the door.
If you're coming from the northern part towards Wasserstadt, the route is via Gartenfelder Straße. From the Haselhorster Damm side, via Rohrdamm.
What a studio in a residential area does differently
A beauty studio on a shopping street lives on passing trade and has to fill its diary. A studio in a residential area lives on clients coming back. That shifts the incentives: there is nothing in it for me to sell you a treatment that does nothing for you – because then you won't come a second time.
That is why every appointment starts with a skin analysis and not with the price list, and why I'll tell you if your existing skincare at home is perfectly sufficient. What I use is listed openly on this website with price and duration, so you know beforehand what you're signing up for.
Treatments that are worth doing as a course
If you live nearby, you can take up treatments that run over several appointments – with radiofrequency that is normal, and with microneedling too. The short trip is worth more than any discount.
Just as practical from the neighbourhood: the Porcelain Skin Complex at forty minutes. That fits into a lunch break when the occasion is that evening.
