Privacy policy
This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.
This website does without a consent banner – because it works without analytics services, without advertising networks and without cookies. What actually happens is set out here.
1. Controller
- Controller within the meaning of the GDPR
- Tetiana Karpeliuk
Voigt Beauty Studio

No data protection officer has been appointed; the legal requirements for this are not met.
2. The key points in brief
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.
- There is no contact form. Contact is by phone, WhatsApp or email – i.e. outside this website.
- The fonts are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts.
- The map on the contact page is loaded only after you click. Before that, nothing is transmitted to OpenStreetMap.
- There is no automated profiling.
3. Access data (server log files)
When you visit this website, the web server processes data that your browser transmits for technical reasons. In particular, these are:
- the address accessed and the name of the file retrieved,
- the date and time of access,
- the amount of data transferred and the notification of successful retrieval,
- the browser type and version used and the operating system,
- the previously visited page, if your browser transmits it,
- the IP address of the requesting device.
The purpose is the technical operation, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in trouble-free and secure operation. This data is not combined with other data sources.
Hosting: This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes the access data on our behalf; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. IP addresses are anonymised in the log files, and the log files are deleted after eight weeks at the latest.
4. Fonts
The fonts used, Fraunces and Jost, are stored locally on the server of this website and served from there. When you visit the website, no connection to Google servers or other third parties is established. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to third parties.
5. Map (OpenStreetMap)
A map is embedded on the Contact & directions page. This map is not loaded automatically. At first only a preview image is shown, which comes from our own server.
Only when you click “Show map” is the interactive map of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom, loaded. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation; other data such as browser type and operating system may also be transmitted.
The legal basis for this loading is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by clicking. You can withdraw your consent at any time by reloading the page and not clicking again – the map then remains unloaded. The OpenStreetMap Foundation's privacy policy is available at osmfoundation.org.
6. Getting in touch
By email
If you send us an email, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.
By phone
If you call, we process the details needed to arrange an appointment. Calls are not recorded.
Via WhatsApp
This website contains buttons that open a chat on WhatsApp. These are simple links – no WhatsApp content is loaded on this website, and simply visiting this website does not transmit any data to WhatsApp.
Only when you click such a button does WhatsApp open, and data processing by WhatsApp Ireland Limited applies. We have no influence over this processing. On our side, we then process the content of your message and your phone number in order to reply to your enquiry – the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Note: If you want to share particularly sensitive information – for example about conditions or medication that might speak against a treatment – it is better to discuss this by phone or at your appointment in the studio rather than in the chat.
7. Health-related information in the studio
Before certain treatments, contraindications must be clarified. This may involve information about your state of health. This data belongs to the special categories of personal data under Art. 9 GDPR. It is used exclusively to carry out the treatment, is not passed on to third parties and is deleted in accordance with the applicable time limits. The legal basis is your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. This processing takes place in the studio, not via this website.
8. Social networks
This website links to profiles on Instagram and Facebook. These are simple links without embedded content. No data is transmitted to Meta unless you click the links. After clicking, the privacy policy of the respective network applies.
9. Recipients and transfers to third countries
In the course of operating this website, your data is transmitted to third parties only to the hosting provider that technically provides the website. No transfer to third countries outside the EU or EEA takes place via this website – with the exception of the map, which you load yourself by clicking.
10. Your rights
You have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure, unless retention obligations apply (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR),
- withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
An informal message to hello@voigtbeautystudio.de is sufficient to exercise these rights.
11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Irrespective of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
12. Status and changes
This privacy policy describes the technical status of this website. If the website is changed – for example by adding a contact form, a booking system or an analytics service – this policy must be updated accordingly. Status: October 2026.
